Sam tears up Vigo

The new Astrix Havoc R is working as well as intended, with a 1st in Cadet for Sam Flockhart at Vigo for the last round of the Maxxis Cup. Sam's time put him 16th overall, just 16 secs behind Mikael Pascal!

Full credit to Sam for putting in a second run after a BIG off in practice. Sam's on top form right now and is one to watch out for, now and in a few years time when he's old enough to race World Cups.     Results here.

Scotty 64th at the Fort

Astrix Europe rider and all round Geordie fella Scott Mears posted 64th in the Mens DH and Fort William WC this past weekend. If you've read anything about it you'll know it was scorchio all weekend and the track was dry, dusty and fast.

Astrix @ Maribor

 Ben Baker and Scott Mears were in Maribor this weekend for WC Rd1. Practice went well but unfortunately they both mis-judged their seeding runs and didn't go enough to qualify. On the upside the new Havoc R performed silently well all weekend, and the boys are now looking towards Rd2 for some retribution. Production Havoc R frames will be available soon.
